Using Live Meeting - Mouse disappears?

When I am using Live Meeting on my XP Pro guest and sharing the desktop, the mouse seems to disappear. Has anyone else had a problem with this? How do I resolve this?

Does this only happen when you share the desktop?
What is the host, guest and version of VBox? A little more information if you please.

Yes. This only happens when I share the desktop.

The host is running Ubuntu 8.10
Guest is XP Pro
Running Virtualbox 2.1.4

FYI. I also just tested this with Virtualbox 2.2.0 and it does the same thing...

You might want to go here. Seems there are limitations to Live meetings and shared desktops.

I have a similar issue... Mouse cursor disappears when a client connects to my RealVNC server (screen sharing software)
My RealVNC server is on my guest OS (Windows XP).. the cursor disappears with or without the optional mirror driver installed.
I can see the mouse flicker if the cursor changes, but just briefly.

So it could be a virtualbox issue

the same problems happens in 'wink'.
only way to bring it back (in that circumstance) is to resize the
window... and lo and behold it should come back.

This may help a bit... I just found out that if the realvnc VIEWER minimizes their window on their computer, the mouse cursor comes back on the server. When they restore the window, it disappears again.
So whatever is happening during that time is where the issue lies
