Vista guest reboot at first launch

Hello
I had a BSOD STOP error 7C, while installing Vista Guest
Workaroud => I had to active IO APIC
Now, Vista Install is finished and at first Reboot Vista shutdowns again and again with msg "Vista reboot because something happened".
I click on OK and Vista shutdowns (reboot)
Host Xp : Asus a8v, athlon 64 300+, 1go Ram, swap 1500 to 3000 Mo
Guest Vista : 512mo ram, 8mo video, ACPI ON, IO APIC ON, no audio, no lan, no usb
Do you have an Idea ?
