Open the manual.pdf, hit the search button and type in 'bridge' or 'host interface'.
(page numbers can differ between manual versions.)

Just read chapter 6. That describes everything you need to know about networking with VB. Read the part about Bridged/Host Interface mode.

ok. i've looked into it for a while and tried all of the network setting but yet without success, it appears however that my intel wifi 4965agn cannot be installed into guest account, is this correct?

Correct because the Host one is a virtual one for the Guest, so you select for the Guest what the Guest will use.

ok i've set the network the following settings: IntelPRO/1000 MT Desktop and Bridged network. However that way I can't go online at all, plus on guest OS i can't install Ethernet Adapter because windows can't find necessary software, any suggestions?

Get the drivers via the Host and use the virtual CD to transport them to the Guest.

XP doesn't have that driver build in, but it has all the other NIC drivers that VB offers.

ok guys, i know i am boring but i really need to get this working:( tnx for your help so far. I've installed the drivers and set the network to Bridge mode (as I understood that's what I needed to do) and yet again the guest and host IP adress are the same, and disconnecting either of them from the network disconnects the other one,,,what am I doing wrong???:(

Try a static address for the Guest, if that works we go on to the next step.

The most likely reason you get the same IP address is that the DHCP server keeps track of which MAC has which IP address. VB uses two methods to get on the network. The first it tries to use the Guest MAC address, and if that fails, it will use the Host NIC MAC address. The latter is used for you now, so the DHCP gives the same IP address. Setting it to static like Vbox4me2 suggested will surely help.
