I made the mistake of not uninstalling vmware tools within vmware. Well not really a mistake, vmware kept telling me I had to run vmware-config and I got fed up with that as well as the web UI instabilities, so I just switched to virtualbox.
Within virtualbox I get this error now.
It's my understanding that the network card wont work with vmware tools installed, so is there a way I can force uninstall it?
I disabled all the services and rebooted but there's still stuff loading I'm guessing, such as the drivers.
how to uninstall vmware tools?
