Won't start after first time?

Won't start after first time?

Running XP guest on a Vista host and all runs fine the first time. After a shutdown though, it won't start up again? I just get a small box saying starting and it just hangs there. Any ideas please?

Should have added that rebooting the PC sorts it and I can run it again but only once!
