Why I am not an administrator in Windows 10 guest?

I do not know how to install Windows 10 as guest and have the administrator rights in it.
I have tried several times installation and each time I do not have administrator privileges.
It must be something with VB settings but which one?

Did you use the Unattended Installation option when you made the VM?

If you did not choose "Unattended installation" then you installed Windows 10 manually, and the admin status of the user accounts you configured was up to you, or between you and Microsoft.
