When starting Win 11 setup, I got the following. How to start its installation?

You need the Win11 installer on an ISO image. Mount the ISO in the CD/DVD drive that should be part of the VM.

What setting to change below, as I cannot start it up with the Windows ISO file?

Type EXIT when you get to Shell Screen. This will take you to the EFI Menu options screen. Then use the menu to select the CD/DVD (loaded ISO) Drive as the Boot device and then choose to continue.
