Hey Guys,
I wanted to start my Windows Guest on my Mac and suddenly got the following message.
I attached my log file as well. As a ZIP due to size limitations. I am glad for any help cause I have no clue what happened.
Thank you!

Re: Windows Guest on Mac does not start anymore
RAM that you allocate to a VM has to actually exist, and not be already used. In your case the log says you have 6.6GB RAM available, and you assign 8GB to the VM. Reduce to 5GB (5120MB).
I would also reduce the CPU allocation to 2 cores. Extra cores (beyond what the VM is actually using) does not make a VM go faster.00:00:01.165616 Host RAM: 16384MB (16.0GB) total, 6537MB (6.3GB) available
...
00:00:01.293066 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000200000000 (8 589 934 592, 8.0 GiB)

Re: Windows Guest on Mac does not start anymore
What @mpack says is correct and you have allocated memory that is not available.
Also, you are running macOS Ventura 13.3 which has a known problem (causing a critical error) when trying to boot a VM using EFI.

Thanks. I tried it, but it did not work. I attached the new Log
Funny thing is, it worked perfectly before.

Re: Windows Guest on Mac does not start anymore
Sorry for the late reply. Was very busy the last days.
I have deleted the VM now since I could not manage to start it again.
Now I get the same error message when I try to install a complete new VM.
I dont get it.
My VM with eg Linux is working fine! Even a reinstall of VirtualBox did not solve the issue!
Any last ideas?

Re: Windows Guest on Mac does not start anymore
IME Windows 11 VMs run normally on Ventura 13.3 after installing the VirtualBox Test Build 7.0.x revision 156678 (with matching Extension Pack and updated Guest Additions, of course).
Also, without Kext installation, there is less of an issue running MacOS VirtualBox Test Builds, as it is no longer necessary to disable SIP (at least until Apple decides to 'enhance' it's system protection methods again).
