[FR?] Non-US keyboard for unattended (Wiindows 10) setup

I really like the feature that VB includes an unattended setup, however I had to notice that for a non-US Windows (10 pro x64) only US-keyboard is installed. Changing the layout (in fact: adding the layout) within the guest does even require internet access. For unattended setup VB should either support to select the keyboard scheme or at least use the locale that fits the iso (In my case a German windows was installed with a US-layout, that just makes no sense).

Is there a way to set this or is unattended setup just not suited for that right now? If the later, please consider this an FR. Thank you.
