Critical error when running any virtual machine on Win11

Dear all,
I have installed VBox 7.0.4 running on Windows 11 Pro 64 bit. The installation runs w/o problem.
However, when I try to start any new virtual machine, I have got a critical error at the beginning of starting the machine. You can see the log in the file attached.
I have tried many things, like changing the memory, processors, or re-installing w/o Windows Defender, w/o success at the moment.
Would any of you have any suggestion?
