I started with Hyper-V enabled due to WSL 2.0 on the base OS. After seeing all of the problems reported with that, I have it disabled. My Windows 11 VM freezes after only several minutes of running. This is happening both with the pre-built developer VM from Microsoft and a freshly installed VM from a Microsoft-provided .iso install image. Once the VM starts up, it will run for several minutes and then simply freeze. When I have the guest utilities installed the log will report a missing heartbeat. Logs are attached.
