VirtualBox refuses to boot VM, although it has worked before

Post by MemeMaster9000 »

VirtualBox keeps throwing this error at me. Windows Hypervisor Platform is enabled, and Hyper-V is present on the system. I've tried everything, nothing works.
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows XP.

WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent is FALSE! Make sure you have enabled the 'Windows Hypervisor Platform' feature. (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

Either your computer's "virtualization technology" (VT-x / AMD-V / SVM) is not on in the BIOS or Hyper-V is active. Go through everything in:

I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests and HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
