My host is Windows 10 and in my when I hover over the network icon in the notification area of my Windows 11 guest it says that there is no Internet access when my Internet is working fine on the host:
What did I do or what happened, this has never happened to me?

Re: No Internet
Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager. Zip the VM's .vbox file (not the .vbox-prev file), and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab. (Configure your host OS to show all extensions if the folder that opens does not show a .vbox file.)

Re: No Internet
The VM log shows a VM using NAT for its network and receiving the correct IP address, and the virtual 'cable' is connected. This setup is the "It just works" setup to get internet in a VM. The VM .vbox file shows that NAT and only NAT has been used in the logged VM.
Curiously, the screenshot mentions a Host-Only network, apparently in a pop-up inside the VM. Are you trying nested virtualization?
I should have asked this before, but could you also please provide the output of ipconfig /all and ping 8.8.8.8 in both the host and the VM? Please label which is which.

Re: No Internet
Very odd. I have no idea why the Windows 11 vm would give you a message like that. I have never seen it on mine.
I also think the host only adapter is odd. You should only see that if you have installed VirtualBox in the vm - i.e. trying to run nested vms, as Scott suggested.
Regardless of the message you obviously do have Internet access. The Host Only adapter does not but there is no reason why it would, nor is there any reason why the vm would try to access the Internet from that interface. If it was mine, I would remove the host only adapter in the vm, or at least disable it. It should not even be there.
An ipconfig of my Win11 vm looks like this.

Why under System does it read Acceleration: VT-x/AMD-V:
But Nested VT-x/AMD-V isn't enabled:

Re: No Internet
Nested VT-x is not equal to VT-x.
And please keep to one issue per topic.

Re: No Internet
I concur with Bill above. Your VM has a typical NAT connection. 8.8.8.8 is Google. Since the VM OS can ping 8.8.8.8, it can access the internet. You'll need to web-search and use Microsoft's help channels to figure out why the "no internet access" message is showing.
And you have also definitely installed Virtualbox inside the VM. Since you're not trying nested virtualization, you can uninstall Virtualbox from inside the VM.

Re: No Internet
I just disabled the VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter in the Device Manager:
