It's a long time since I P2V'd an XP install from old hardware, but I'm pretty sure that was all I had to do, for agp440.sys and intelppm.sys.
My bad, I read somewhere on this forum that you could simply delete the file in system32\drivers and ddlcache and that is what I did. But sure enough it was still listed in the Device Manager...Duh. But even though the two drivers are still active, I don't seem to be having any trouble with them in the VM. I wonder if I should remove them in my VM now even though it seems to be working well.
