If you upgraded while the VM was save-stated, then the VM will not be able to start. Save-states don't survive version changes.

Options:
1. Downgrade back to the previous version, then start the VM, save work and shut down the VM fully using the Start Menu Shut Down.

2. Discard the saved state (right click the VM in the Virtualbox list). All unsaved work in the VM will be lost and the VM will restart as if it had a power loss.

Hi,
thank you very much for fast answer!
I didn't upgraded while the VM was save-stated, so that could not be the reason.

I've tested a little bit and disabled the 3d-Acceleration. And now its starts from saving-state without problems.

I know there is a problem with the 3d-acceleration with Win10. But Win7 works fine when 3d-acceleration is enabled except the described problem! Hope the problem will be fixed in on of the next versions.

Please re-enable 3D for the 7 VM, then post a log:

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Get the VM logged into the desktop, wait two minutes for the VM to stabilize, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
