Hi,
I've installed Window 10 on VirtualBox 6.1.26. The host is Windows 10 with 16GB RAM. The guest is Windows 10 with 2vCPU (I've tried 4GB RAM, 6GB RAM, 8GB RAM). It's almost impossible to use Windows 10 guest in VB because there're so much lag and at times the whole VM freezes and I have to "power off" by closing the VM window. I've tried leaving the VM on overnight but still the same horrible performance. Are there any special settings required to run Windows 10 guest on VB ?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Wing
P.S.
I have no issue running ubuntu 20.04 guest, linuxmint 20 guest, kali linux guest and debian 11 desktop guest. All with 2vCPU and 2 - 4 GB RAM.
I've installed Window 10 guest in VMWare and there's no performance issue at all.
(All of the above are on the same host machine).

Start the 10 VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log and the hardening log next to it, zip them, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
