Hey Martin
I'm not sure what you mean by "detached mode"? We're just using TeamViewer to remotely connect to the Mac.

The Windows 10-2021-09-22-14-43-05.log file ends prematurely and I don't see any indication of a crash. Please describe in some more detail what you mean by that.filemakernewbie wrote:VM crashes
Please reproduce the crash, look on the macOS host for a corresponding crash log, and additionally provide /Users/<username>/Library/VirtualBox/VBoxSVC.log.

Re: Windows 10 VM crashing when connecting to HostOS via TeamViewer
Hey fth0
Okay, so the window with the VM is in focus. Either someone else connects to the Mac via TeamViewer or a new completely new connection is started. Then, what that user sees is: First the login-screen for the user, on which they are allowed to access. The password is typed in and the MacOS-Catalina login animation is displayed. Next, the window with the VM is visible for maybe 1 second before it just simply disappears. After that, the user is prompted with the "VirtualBox quit unexpectedly -crashlog-" and that's all that happens.
I have attached both files in a .zip-file, I hope this helps

Please add the macOS crash log to your Bugtracker ticket 20579.
Please try if entering the following command, while the VM is not running, makes a difference:

Hi fth0
Thank you so much, that command fixed it all! Wow, it was actually that easy...
I actually have one last question: what does that command do exactly? I need to document it, so we can explain it if we ever have to.
I really appreciate your help, have a wonderful day
