Hi,
I’m randomly facing unresponsive guest issue.
There is following message in log: VMMDev: vmmDevHeartbeatFlatlinedTimer: Guest seems to be unresponsive. Last heartbeat received 4 seconds ago
I was trying to wait for more than 1 hour – but guest does not wake up.
I’m facing this issue only during last 2 months.
I’m using this guest daily for more than 1 year(even on my previous laptop).
It looks like guest is working 3-4 days without troubles. Then unresponsive error occurs.
Even after “power off the guest and restart” it is working only less than few minutes and unresponsive again.
Sometimes even shutdown of host, restart host and restart guest is not helpful.
But after some time (1-2 hours) everything is working OK again.
But only for next 3-4 days….

Below are my Virtualbox setting for the virtual image(output from "VBoxManage showvminfo W10devel --details" is attached as ShowInfo.txt ):
1) Base memory 6000MB (i have 16GB ram available and I am running only 1 windows VM at one time)
2) Chipset PIIX3 (default)
3) Pointing Devices - USB Tablet (Default)
4) Enable I/O APIC - turn on (Default)
5) Enable EFI - turn off (Default)
6) Hardware clock in UTC time - off (Default)
7) Processor - 2 (i have 4 cores 8 logical processor)
8. Execution cap - 100% (Default)
9) Enable PAE/NX - off (Default)
10) Enable Nested VT-X/AMD-V - off (Default)
11) Video memory – 128Mb
12) Graphics Controller - VboxSVGA (Default)
13) Acceleration (3d accelleration) - off
14) Remote display - off (Default)
15) Recording - off (Default)
16) Storage Attributes - SATA - AHCI (Default)
17) Audio - off
18) Network – NAT (Adapter Type: Inter PRO/1000 MT Desktop (82549EM)

The logs were taken before the VM window was closed, so we don't get all the diagnostic data.
One thing I see is:
One other possibility, you do have 3rd-party AV installed. Please try completely uninstalling it and any other 3rd-party security software, only use Windows Defender, and see what the VM does.
If it still crashes, please close the VM window with the Power Off option, then post the two logs.
One thing I see is:
10th and 11th gen Intel CPUs had a glitch under Virtualbox, it is supposed to be fixed, but maybe there's other situations. Or maybe the CPU has nothing to do with it.00:00:11.045984 Full Name: "11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz"

Unfortunately I'm not able to uninstall/stop AntiVirus(Cybereason) due to corporate policy (I do not have enough rights to stop/uninstall AV)

The log indicates that VirtualBox_RDP (VRDP) is being used, is that correct? I think you need to install the extension pack for that to work.
Or, given that it's a Windows guest, you can try using a headless VM and RDP into it using the normal Windows RDP client.
You should disable 3D acceleration too, to see if that's an issue. Apparantly your host doesn't support it anyway.

I'm not using VirtualBox_RDP.
In Settings> Display> Remote Display> Enable server : is unchecked
I think 3D acceleration is already disabled.
In Settings> Display> Screen> Enable 3D acceleration: is unchecked

Yes, the log has 3D disabled. The new log still does not show what is the problem, though, that I see.

Following solved the isue:
Inside guest W10: TortoiseSvn>Settings>Icon Overlays> Status Cache: set to "Shell" (original value was "Default")
There were subversion client files on one of shared disks.

Interesting cause!
So I googled "Tortoise Svn" and found it is a "subversion client". So I asked myself, what is it trying to subvert? It's doing too good of a job! Then I found out it's not "subvert-ion" it's "sub-version".
