00:00:03.056530 Host RAM: 8036MB (7.8GB) total, 1940MB available

Your PC doesn't have enough RAM to run Win10 and Win11 at the same time.

Win11 requires 4GB RAM. Your host has 8GB total, of which the host Win10 is using around 6GB.

Assigning 4 cores - which is 100% of available cores - is a pretty bad idea too. On your host you should never assign more than 2 cores.

What are you running on the host that uses so much memory? I can run Windows 11 as a vm on my Windows 11 host with 8 GB but it is a pretty tight squeeze. You may need to shut down some of the other programs on the host (or install more RAM).

Windows 11 (like Windows 10) in a vm runs well on 2 cores.
