I installed VB on Windows Server 2012 R2, when I tried to create a new one only 32 was available, even dough its a 64 system, then I just gave up and went with 32 but when I mounted the Windows 10 iso I got the following error.
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine WinTen.
The native API dll was not found (C:\Windows\system32\WinHvPlatform.dll) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}
any help is greatly appreciated!

If you accurately reported the problem then the FAQ does indeed tell you how to fix it.
Since you gave no indication of where the "other forum post" was, I can't comment on it.
