Re: Checkpoint crash VM
Hardening: ExitCode=0xc0000005, see Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues, post 5
The crash happened in the connection to the host video driver. The VM connects to the host video driver because 3D acceleration is enabled. Something happened to break the connection to the video driver and crashed the VM.
Is the VPN software in the host or in the VM? Does the VM always crash when using the VPN software?

You have 3rd-party AV installed. Try setting exceptions to everything Virtualbox in the AV.Video settings:
00:00:02.961785 3DEnabled <integer> = 0x0000000000000001 (1)
...
00:13:47.171603 ExceptionCode=0xc0000005 ExceptionFlags=0x00000000 ExceptionAddress=00007ffd3ef7c2a7
00:13:47.172657 Xcpt PC : 00007ffd3ef7c2a7 - 0x0001c2a7 bytes into C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch.inf_amd64_50ef60b6762aaad1\
igdumdim64.dll

Re: Checkpoint crash VM
Hi,
I've disabled Video acceleration and AV for 10 minutes on guest VM, the VPN now works OK
Thanks for your support
Have a nice day

Re: Checkpoint crash VM
Glad you're up and running!
I wonder if one or the other would have fixed it instead of both, or if only exceptions in AV would have fixed it.
