VirtualBox 6.0 RC1 Fails to start Windows 10

After installation of 6.0.0_RC1 on Windows 10 Pro 1803 VirtualBox fails to start
Error is Failed to acquire the Virtualbox COM object : REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG

VirtualBox 6.0.0 has been released so you should look to install that rather than using the release candidate. If the issue persists then creating a topic in the Windows host section of the forums.

In any case the error is straightforward - VirtualBox is not installed for the current user, and the cause of that would be nothing to do with the VirtualBox version.
