Host: VBox 6.0.0-BETA2 + Win7 x64. Intel Core i7 2600K hardware.
GUI of the "new file manager" window sometimes takes about 1-2 seconds to close. It should be under 0.05 seconds for fluid user-experience. (but sometimes it's quick... so go figure...)
Not-always-reproducible lag.
