File Manager not working -> user issue, Additions not installed

I just downloaded 6.0.0_BETA2 for Ubuntu 18.04. to test the File Manager feature. The guest is Ubuntu 16.04. The file manager is not working. It just show on the left pane the host (18.04) file system tree, but the guest system is completely disabled. Already installed the extension pack.

I imagine that for communication with a guest you need to install the Guest Additions, not the extension pack.

To reach and manipulate guest file system thru the file manager you need GA.
