The error message when trying to start an Ubuntu 14.04 32 bit VM is :
No more handles available, too many open handles. (VERR_NO_MORE_HANDLES).

I should mention that this Beta 2 was installed after uninstalling 5.0.20.
Let me know if you need additional info. Computer has Windows installed and configured by my company ( work PC ).

Change your audio controller from ac97 to intel hd audio.

That magically did the trick. HD audio should probably be the default when creating a new VM in 5.1.

it's not a solution. Windows 2000 and XP don't recognize HD audio controller.
