VirtualBox-5.0.3-102467-Win - Fresh Install - won't start

I am running Windows 10 (Build 10525) x64. I have downloaded the latest VirtualBox beta and installed it. After successfully installing, nothing happens after running the program. Double-click the desktop icon and nothing happens at all. Here is the associated event log:
