Hey guys,
I'm having issues with Virtual Box. I recently updated OSX to 10.10.4 and VirtualBox to 5.0.0. Whenever I attempt to start a vm, I get this error message:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Arch.
The virtual machine 'Arch' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).
Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: MachineWrap
Interface: IMachine {703510de-8d5e-411b-a25b-378b03382bac}
Any advice? I'm struggling to find any forums that help me.
Thanks for reading!

It will open a window for a normal session, but it immediately closes and gives me the same error.loukingjr wrote:Frank Mehnert wrote:Please try build 101470.

Re: Virtual Box fails to open VM sessions
It might be because there are no official Arch Linux guest additions. Arch builds their own and you might have to wait until they catch up. Arch Linux is not a supported OS.

Re: Virtual Box fails to open VM sessions
I forgot to mention, You can roll back to the last version of VirtualBox that worked for you. VB 4.3.28 should work.
