DnD: Windows 8.1 Host/Windows Guests (5.0.0 RC3)

The following issues are reproduced on Windows 8.1 64bit Host PC.

(1) If you once did save & restore your windows guest, the Guest-to-Host DnD will no longer work.

(2) If target guest file contains multi-byte characters in their directory path or file name itself, it cannot be dropped into the host due to a strange behavior.
(It starts to drop the data immediately after you move your mouse cursor out of the screen, but stays at 0% progress)

(3) If you click somewhere on your guest screen when transferring large file into guest, the file will not be copied in the target directory.

(4) Empty file (zero bytes) cannot be dropped into the host.

(5) Guest-to-Host DnD begins when I selected nothing.
