There are now 5 or 6 reports of VB 5.0 RC3 not launching guests on either OSX 10.10.4 or OSX 10.11 developer preview. All with the same symptoms. Error messages are the same on 10.10.4 and 10.11.

We are able to reproduce the issue and are working on it. This has nothing to do with the host OS X version used, we can also reproduce it on older OS X releases.

USB is still broken on OSX 10.11 otherwise everythng is much better.
