USB:Can not connect to my Android Phone in win7 guest

my host is Linuxmint and my guest is win7
I connect my phone to pc with usb
and put it in guest like pic (my os is in Chinese)

but in yingyongbao(an software in chinese can help me manage file in phone ) can not connect to the phone

Please change topic to "USB: ..."

Did it work for you with 4.3.x release ?
