Have you tried rolling back to RC2?

All three VMs that would not start under RC3 start OK under that build.

I also can't start VMs (Win7 or boot2docker/archlinux) on Virtualbox 5.0.2 r102096 on OSX 10.10.4 or 10.10.5.

loukingjr: Thanks, but I get the same error. I also tried reverting to 4.3.30 and get it as well.

Sorry to hear that. I only had one Mac out of several that couldn't start guests and that was fixed with the 5.0.3 test build. And just so you know, the section you have posted in was for beta testing of VB 5.0.0 which is release of course. As is VB 5.0.2. You should post a new thread in the Mac Hosts section because not many will be looking for answers or for people needing help in this section any more.
