Remove GA CD after guest OS reboot

This has been an annoyance for years but still,

Can you detect that a guest OS has been rebooted after Guest Additions CD disk insertion and then automatically remove the CD from the guest OS?

That's hard to implement and it's different for different guests. I agree this is annoying but since the recent fix the guest is at least able to eject the image and that change will be persistent.
