This might just be some debug code? The following is displayed during the boot of a Solaris 11.1 guest, but the guest appears to operate normally so far:
pci: unable to get IRQ routing information, required buffer space for 45 entries
This appears with hosts running either Windows 7 or Solaris 11.1 (both 64-bit).

This will be fixed in the final 4.3 release, thanks for the report. With Solaris it was clearly a cosmetic issue, but it did point at a real (though very obscure and likely harmless) bug in our BIOS.
