on Win 7 x64, Help->Contents does not show anything here. hmm...

Agreed, it does not work on a Windows 7 host with RC1. It DOES work on a Solaris host.

This will be fixed for the final release. Getting more information with the original report (more than just "it does not work") would have helped a lot...
