Hello
At the installation of Vista guest on Windows 7 host I forgot to set the cpu count from 1 to 2.
After that I changed it from 1 to 2 but Vista still show/use one CPU.
<CPU count="2">
Any idea?

Re: Unable to change number of CPUs
It seems that Vista didn't install the multiprocessor kernel after you enabled multi-processor support. There are numerous threads on the forum that show you how to change that. Though most, if not all, of them are about XP, but that doesn't matter.

It is intended for XP, but may work with Vista too...
