am I the only one having this issue? either in Google Chrome or FF 3.5.5, when I use the scroll button on my Apple mouse, I have text in pages being auto-selected. very strange. running Snow Leopard 10.6.2 if that matters.

Are you scrolling fast or slow? If you scroll fast, there might be a second mouse event triggered that starts the selection. This can happen on normal installs too, not much VB can do about unfortunately.

actually, was both fast or slow, I never saw it before the beta.

This is a bug in the underlaying Qt. I have fixed this in SVN & the fix will be available with the final release.
