Are you 100% sure that it's enabled in your BIOS? I have a 64 bit VM and it's running fine, no errors whatsoever. This is with an Intel P8700 CPU with VT-x enabled in the BIOS.

More specifically, my computer is AMD CPU and AMD-V is enabled and works fine with older version of VirtualBox.

You're saying you used the OSE, that means you compiled it yourself. Maybe you made a mistake somewhere? Grab the pre-compiled PUEL one and use that, it shouldn't give you this error.

The first log shows AMD-V is working properly. The 2nd one shows that somebody is using it (KVM?).
