Windows 11 22H2: Guest additions cannot be installed

The certificate wouldn't help when the host has EFI secure boot enabled, because then there's no way around attestation signing, especially with 22H2 (which supposedly completely ignores SHA1 signatures).

Some Linux EFI installs on Dell hardware recommend disabling secure boot and fastboot, making a lucky workaround. Version here is 5.15.0-48-lowlatency.

Given the hurdles and caveats re: using the dev releases, 153872 is rock solid as a full install with the above settings, much better than BETA3+153872 guest additions.
