In the VM window status bar there are two icons, one for disks, another one for network.
Whenever there's a simultaneous disk read/write activity or sent/received traffic it's hard to make sense which one prevails.
Please make the busy indicators (they are quite large circles) smaller and shown separately, e.g.
The green read disk circle at the bottom left, the write red disk circle at the bottom right.
