Solaris 11 NGZ networking doubt (vnics over vnics)

DESCRIPTION
I'm running VirtualBox 4.2.18 in the GZ of a Solaris 11.1 SRU 13.6 desktop.
I have 2 Solaris 11.1 SRU 13.6 guests called server-1 and desktop-1.
On the host I have defined an etherstub sw0 and 5 vnics e0 thru e4 on top of it.
I have e0 bridged to desktop-1 using PRO/1000 MT Desktop and e1, e2, e3 and e4 to server-1 in a similar way.
I've set 192.168.0.200/24 to net0 of desktop-1 and 192.168.0.10/24 to net0 of server-1.
On server-1 I have 3 NGZs called server-1a, server-1b and server-1c, the last two cloned from the first.
For each ip-exclusive NGZ I have an anet lower-link being set to net1 thru net3.
For each NGZ I've set the following IPs: 192.168.0.11/24, 192.168.0.12/24 and 192.168.0.13/24.

PROBLEM
I can only ping from desktop-1 to server-1, and vice-versa.
For instance, I can't ping from server-1 to server-1a, and vice-versa.
Needless to say, from desktop-1 I can't ping server-1a and vice-versa.
I thought that as desktop-1 and server-1 bridged interfaces are all over the same etherstub they would be able to communicate.
I suspect, though not sure, of a restriction on the anet resources on server-1 NGZs which implies a guest vnic over the host vnic.
On the server-1 guest zones, if instead of anet I use a net over the host vnics net1 (e2) thru net3 (e4) listing them as physical, then all work.
Is that really so or am I missing something related to the anet and vnics?

Thanks in advance.

I have monkeyed with Crossbow / VB enough to understand some of the lingo. Can you draw out the relationships?

Hi, here's a diagram attempting to depict the setup.
(Sorry for the copy/paste mistake on the IP address of server-1a. It should be 192.168.0.11)

What I was trying to say in that original post was sort of: when setting up the network interfaces in the NGZs, things work with a "net" resource, but not with "anet" ones. Perhaps I'm missing something with respect to "anets".

Regards.
