After VirtualBox 4.3 upgrade on SunOS 11.1
Our Win 7 Pro x86 (32 bits) VM stop to work

Looks like the Virtualization features of your CPU are not enabled/detected.
Please attach the full log file as a zip file - just what you've provided doesn't allow to see the full picture

You are absolutely right something change my BIOS setup, and disable Virtualization Technology.

After re enabling that feature all is working ...
