Virtualbox Graphic interface does't appear...

Hello

Installed Virtualbox 4.1.0 today and the speed is very good - better than with 4.0.12 BUT there are some problems..

Virtualbox graphic interface doesn't appear in X-windows...

When running virtualbox graphic, error messages appears in Sun Error messages, belows

Does anybody help me solve the problem?
