The doit script just just set the xauth , as this is done remotely and covers the Solaris login screen.

The VM has not started up or produced any log files.
Remove the 3D and it is OK
Starting with 3D on from VBoxManage or locally with the VirtualBox GUI is OK.
Any further info that would be useful?
A truss was run, but not understandable by me.
