Guest OSses: WindowsXP

Virtualbox 4.0.2 can't boot from bootable CD

Hi,
I am using virtualbox 4.0.2 on solaris10(x86) .I am trying to install windowsxp with bootable CD where cdrom is detected but not booting from CD.
Could you help as i have already tried to stop 'VOLD' demon and check but still it is not working.
