Is there a way to disable any warnings displayed when a Guest OS starts? I know there is the option to "Do not display again" after the first display but due to our circumstances we are deleting the .VirtualBox folder for each user before starting the Guest OS. Through VboxManage, or some other method, can I disable any warnings or notifications being displayed when a Guest OS starts?
I am running WinXP SP3 as the Guest OS -- Solaris 10u8 as the Native OS -- Vbox 3.1.4. Any help would be great.

Use the VBoxManage command line to add extra information to the global xml file of the user. This is what I see in my xml file:
You should be able to use the internalcommands setextradata parameter for this. Give it some trial and error run.
Code: Select all
<ExtraDataItem name="GUI/SuppressMessages" value="remindAboutAutoCapture,remindAboutMouseIntegrationOn,showRuntimeError.warning.HostAudioNotResponding,remindAboutGoingSeamless,remindAboutInputCapture,remindAboutGoingFullscreen,remindAboutMouseIntegrationOff,confirmGoingSeamless,confirmInputCapture,remindAboutPausedVMInput,confirmVMReset,confirmGoingFullscreen,remindAboutWrongColorDepth"/>
