Menu.lst or boot order problem

I was using my Virtual Solaris 10 this afternoon, and after a unexpectedly reboot, then I came across a boot problem, the host boot menu.lst file missing, and I can't start my solaris 10, it always goes to/:


Can someone help?

This actually has nothing to do with VirtualBox but the guest operation system.
See for instructions or restore from your backup.
