Python 3 for building Virtualbox OSE 5.2.22/6.0.0

Now I use ActivePython 2.7 for build scripts. Consequently, passing something like --with-python=C:/Python27 to configure.vbs script during build for Windows.
Does it support Python 3.x at least in Virtualbox 6.0.0?
