Referring to the method of wiki/Windows%20build%20instructions, successfully compiled 4.3.12. Only a few warnings in the compilation process, there is no Error information!
After the build, follow the steps below to try to run it:
1, running comregister.cmd

2, running loadall.cmd, you can see the following information in the VS_CMD window:
My_Dir=c:/BulldTools/VboxSrc/Out/win.x86/release/bin
load.sh:VBoxNetAdp - STTOPPED
load.sh:VBoxNetFlt - STTOPPED
load.sh:VBoxUSBMon - STTOPPED
load.sh:VBoxUSB - Not configured , probably.
load.sh:VBoxDrv - STTOPPED

3, running VBoxSDL.exe, tip: error: RTR3Init: VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED fatal

4, running VirtualBox.exe, you can successfully create a VM, but when the "start", will pop up a prompt box:
VirtualBox Runtime Error
Cannot Access the kernel driver!
Make Sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.

To try to solve the following several methods, invalid.
1, to find VBoxDrv.inf, the right mouse button - "install"

2, setupapi InstallHinfSection, DefaultInstall rundll32 132 VBoxDrv.inf

3, VBoxDrv.inf InfDefaultInstall.exe

You haven't specified what's your host OS. Most likely, you must run comregister.cmd and loadall.cmd as Administrator (from an elevated Command Prompt). If you're running a 64 bit Windows Vista or newer, you must also sign your VirtualBox drivers.

Thank you very much, my host OS is WIN7 x64, is unable to run the compiled file. And I put the compiled file into the Windows 2003 X86 SP2 ,it is very normal.
