Nope, missed that; I'd swear I _had_ installed docbook-dtds earlier on to no avail, then removed it.
Today I first only set VBOX_PATH_DOCBOOK_DTD in LocalConfig.kmk - again to no avail...

And then, leaving VBOX_PATH_DOCBOOK_DTD set AND installing docbook-dtds I was able to get my 5.0.4 built :!:
