Is the VirtualBox related with this patch?

I'm using the VirtualBox OSE.
My VirtualBox OSE version is the 4.3.10 r93012.

If I need to apply the patch, what version do you recommend?

I don't care any version, but I want similar build environment with the 4.3.10.

If you read the risk matrix it says that the affected versions are before 4.3.20 which is the latest release. The build env is the same as with all 4.* versions.
